Narcissistic Personality Disorder vs. Histrionic Personality Disorder

There are a number of personality disorders that people suffer from, two of which are Narcissistic Personality Disorder and Histrionic Personality Disorder. So what are personality disorders exactly? What is Serotonin Syndrome?
