Heather Cozen, LMFT - Primary Therapist
Heather Cozen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received her Master’s degree in Educational Counseling and Psychology from California State University at Northridge. Heather specializes in working with clients who have experienced traumas, clients who struggle with mood disorders (anxiety, depression, OCD) and has certificates in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety and Domestic Violence Counseling. She has extensive experience working with clients individually, in groups and with their families.
Heather has personally been involved in creative endeavors for many years, and she weaves this personal interest into her professional work as an individual and group therapist. Her counseling style is eclectic, mindfulness-based, empathetic and non-judgmental. She works to help clients become their most high functioning and authentic selves.
